Check-in Time: 3 p.m. ❘ Check-out Time: 11 a.m.
Reservations are secured by a 10% non-refundable deposit, and a second 40% non-refundable deposit, ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise negotiated, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation.
91 days or more prior to arrival date: the greater of $50 USD per person or 10% deposit of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges.
90 to 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges
7 days or less prior to arrival date (or no-show): 100% of total payment due including taxes and service charges.
Cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings.
Details
Minimum stay of 3 nights with limited exceptions. (Prices are quoted in US dollars).
Prices are per apartment and based on double occupancy.
One Bedroom Suites: Each supplemental person, 12 years and older is charged US $15/day.
Two Bedroom Suites: Each supplemental person, under 12 years is charged US $15/day.
Each supplemental person, 12 years and older is charged US $25/day.
A 10% Government tax will be added to the total amount.
A guest levy tax of US $4.50 per night will be payable upon arrival.
